This policy explains what information we collect through our websites at opebybde.net (including the BPE HQ site at hr.opebybde.net) and our text-message program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Employees and managers (BPE HQ site): name, store, department, work email, mobile number, time-off requests and their status, attendance records entered by managers, and your text-message consent choice.
Website visitors: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.
Text messages: your mobile number, the date and time of messages, delivery status, and any reply you send (for example STOP, START, or an approval code).

2. How we use it

To run our internal time-off and attendance process: route requests to the right manager, record decisions, keep store calendars current, and prepare payroll summaries.
To send the HR text messages you opted in to (request confirmations, decisions, manager approval requests and reminders, scheduling notices).
To protect our systems and comply with the law.

Text messaging and your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run these systems and only for that purpose: our text-messaging carrier platform (to deliver the texts), our email provider, and Google (store calendars). These providers may not use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

4. Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply START to opt back in; reply HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of employment or purchase.
Your record: employees can ask their store manager to correct their contact details or change their "Text me" preference at any time.

5. Retention and security

HR records are kept for as long as needed for employment and payroll purposes and as required by law. Message logs keep the number, time and delivery status, not the message text, and are trimmed after twelve months. Information is stored on company-controlled systems with access limited to managers and the owner.

6. Children

Our sites and text program are for employees, managers and business contacts and are not directed to children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always at opebybde.net/privacy.
